Manual Tester

We are a fast-growing software development company based in Ashdod and we are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for testing our software products to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements. You will also collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop test cases and test plans based on functional requirements
- Execute manual tests on various software products
- Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure software meets functional requirements
- Document test results and provide feedback on product quality
- Continuously improve the testing process through identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (own visa required)
