We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal is to help students improve their English language skills through one-on-one lessons and interactive activities.

Responsibilities:
- Create individualized lesson plans based on each student's needs and goals
- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Provide regular feedback and assessments to track student progress
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student's progress and any concerns
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as an English tutor or teacher in a classroom or one-on-one setting
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools such as online learning platforms is an advantage

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month with accommodation provided.

Location:
The position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to considering non-native speakers who have relevant qualifications and experience.
