Restaurant Manager - Al-Rayyan, Egypt
We are in search of a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our location in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Uphold high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage at all times
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Salary: 1500$ per month
