Facade Engineer



As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades in the city of Acre. Your main role will be to ensure that the facades of buildings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound and functional. This is a highly technical and detail-oriented role that requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the condition of existing facades
- Prepare detailed facade designs, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project timelines
- Select appropriate materials for facade construction based on project requirements and budget limitations
- Oversee installation of facades, ensuring proper execution and compliance with safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections of completed facades to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding facade design or construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in facade design or construction
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Acre
