Facade Technician



Our growing construction company in Acre is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facade Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade installation and maintenance, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for non-native candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain building facades according to safety standards
- Work with various materials including glass, stone, metal, and concrete
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot any issues with building facades
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in facade installation preferred
- Previous experience working with building facades highly desirable
- Familiarity with different types of facade materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid work visa for non-native candidates
