Indian Chef in Jizan
Our restaurant in Jizan is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing food inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare various Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Order and maintain inventory of food supplies
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste
- Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes while staying true to traditional recipes
- Familiarity with ordering food supplies and managing inventory
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
Location:
The restaurant is located in Jizan, a beautiful city on the Red Sea coast known for its delicious seafood. The ideal candidate would be willing to relocate to Jizan or already be living in the area.
