Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company targets and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance against those targets
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations
- Prepare sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs in the UAE region
