Construction Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1200 USD per month. Accommodation will be provided.
