Moderator - Content Reviewer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Moderator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on our platform to ensure it meets our community guidelines. This role requires someone who is able to work independently, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable dealing with sensitive or controversial topics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content on our platform, including posts, comments, and images.
- Enforce community guidelines by removing inappropriate or offensive content.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues related to content moderation.
- Monitor user behavior and identify potential violations of guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve moderation processes and policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable dealing with sensitive or controversial topics.
- Ability to stay organized while managing a high volume of tasks.

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (own visa required)
