Seasonal Executive Chef in Beer-Sheva, Israel



Our five-star hotel in Beer-Sheva, Israel is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, creating and executing menus, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus for our restaurant and banquets, incorporating local ingredients and flavors
- Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation through regular tasting sessions and kitchen inspections

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of Israeli cuisine is preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
1200$ per month (based on experience) plus tips.

This is a seasonal job without accommodation provided. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options in the area.
