We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end restaurant in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and taste. You will also oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented according to our restaurant's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and create menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and meet the expectations of our discerning clientele
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers and maintain relationships with them
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels to achieve budget targets
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with current culinary trends and continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff at all levels as well as interact with customers
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food safely
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have valid work permit for Israel or be eligible for visa sponsorship
