Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successful sales management. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided. Experience in the sales industry is required. This job is open to all nationalities with preference given to Pakistani and Egyptian candidates who are fluent in English.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the sales team to achieve company objectives
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to stay ahead of competitors
- Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to meet targets
- Monitoring performance of the team through regular evaluations
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate team members
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
