Data Mining Analyst

We are in search of a skilled Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and develop strategies to optimize data collection and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computer science, as well as experience with data mining tools and techniques. Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data.
- Utilize data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop algorithms and models to extract valuable insights from data.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs.
- Design and implement strategies for optimizing data collection processes.
- Communicate findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in data mining technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field.
- Proven experience working with data mining tools such as R, Python, SQL etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering techniques etc.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem but we are open to considering remote candidates who are able to work within our time zone.
