Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes. You will analyze data and systems to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and monitor their effectiveness. Your role will involve utilizing engineering principles, statistical analysis, and project management skills to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase output. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of production lines and meet quality standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to driving our company's success through continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab or similar software
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems
- Familiarity with production machinery and processes is a plus
