Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies and establish standard operating procedures
- Design layouts for production facilities to maximize space utilization
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement new technologies
- Work closely with other departments such as manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Train staff on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month.

This position is based in Abu-Dhabi.
