Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with our development team to identify and fix any issues or bugs in the software through rigorous testing and analysis. Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring that our products are user-friendly, reliable, and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test plans and strategies for various software products.
- Conduct thorough testing on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures.
- Communicate test results and recommendations to project stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with writing clear, concise test cases.
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications.

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel
Salary: $1200 USD per month
