- Provide technical support for biometric passport systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the biometric passport system.
- Communicate with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use the biometric passport system.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in biometric technology and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer support or a related field.
- Experience working with biometric technology is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle urgent requests.

Salary:
