We are in search of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Preservation Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for carrying out preservation projects on historic buildings and structures, ensuring their preservation and restoration while adhering to local and national preservation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify necessary preservation measures
- Develop and implement preservation plans for historic properties, including researching historical context, materials, and construction techniques
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure appropriate preservation methods are used
- Prepare detailed project proposals, budgets, and timelines for clients
- Oversee the execution of preservation projects, ensuring adherence to plans and guidelines
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities, including reports, drawings, photographs, and correspondence
- Stay up-to-date on local and national regulations related to historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in historic preservation projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials conservation, and construction techniques related to historic buildings
- Familiarity with local and national preservation guidelines and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (Candidate must have own visa)
