Senior Architecture Manager


We are a leading architectural firm based in Jerusalem, seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1200$ per month, and includes accommodation in Jerusalem.

As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept design to completion. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept design to construction
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and project progress
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Provide guidance on technical issues related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Proven track record in successfully completing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
