We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects while ensuring they meet quality standards, budget requirements, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to develop innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements
- Oversee the entire architectural project process from conception to completion
- Develop project proposals including budget estimates, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that align with their vision
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is in line with approved plans
- Review project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure costs are within budget
- Develop relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of architecture principles, design techniques, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
