Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations during your scheduled shifts
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Create work schedules for staff based on business needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Jerusalem
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule will include evening shifts as well as weekends. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently located in or willing to relocate to Jerusalem.
