Sales Manager
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. This position is ideal for students seeking a full-time job without accommodation.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their individual goals.
Key responsibilities:

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive strategies
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Travel within the assigned territory to visit clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
