Job Title: Commercial Architect (Jerusalem, Israel)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design concepts that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly
- Work closely with contractors and other professionals such as engineers and interior designers to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the design
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations in Jerusalem
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
