Our growing company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against project metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely decision-making.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, timelines, and risks in a fast-paced environment.
