Job Title: Handyman

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Isa Town. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fixing and building things, who enjoys working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or residents in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair methods and techniques
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license
