Sales Manager - Wiltz, Luxembourg
As a Sales Manager in the beautiful city of Wiltz, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for our company. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and has experience in managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve set targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
