Sales Manager - Wiltz
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets in the city of Wiltz. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients and negotiate deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data and create reports for management review
- Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and support for professional growth
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Results-driven mentality with a focus on achieving targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
