Job Title: Senior Floral Designer

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Senior Floral Designer to join our team in the picturesque city of Vianden. As a Senior Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and holidays.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a florist
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually stunning floral arrangements for various occasions
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations
- Source and purchase flowers, plants, and supplies
- Oversee the maintenance of the floral inventory
- Manage a team of junior designers
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Assist with event set-up and on-site coordination when necessary

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for all nationalities.
