Entry-Level Florist

As an entry-level florist in our busy Vianden flower shop, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a creative and fast-paced environment. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for floral design and a willingness to learn. This position is suitable for men who are interested in pursuing a career in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists with daily tasks such as creating arrangements, packaging orders, and maintaining inventory
- Greet and assist customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Learn about different types of flowers, plants, and arrangements to expand knowledge base
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but a strong interest in floral design is preferred
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills from senior florists
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with delicate flowers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
