Restaurant Manager


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Ashdod. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in service
- Train and develop the restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Create work schedules for staff and manage labor costs effectively
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and promotions
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, goals, and any concerns or suggestions they may have
- Ensure compliance with health codes, sanitation standards, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team effectively
- Proven track record of managing budgets, inventory, and labor costs successfully
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make quick decisions
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod but may require occasional travel within Israel.
