Restaurant Manager in Ashdod, Israel



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high-quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback or trends in the industry
- Monitor financial reports and make adjustments as necessary to meet budget goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hebrew preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in Israel

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
