- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and recommend solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our technology infrastructure
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong knowledge of network security, data backup, disaster recovery, and cloud computing technologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
