Experienced Handyman in Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg on a contract basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on various properties without the need for accommodation.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Inspecting and identifying issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Repairing or replacing damaged fixtures and equipment
- Painting and touch-up work on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and filters
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of general maintenance procedures and possess basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. You must also have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and other repair techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed
