Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Your role will involve creating detailed plans, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You must have strong technical skills in areas such as building materials, structural design, and building codes. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that projects are completed on time
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors throughout the project process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials and structural design
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Beer-Sheva
