Baker for Bakery in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at a popular bakery in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts using traditional and modern techniques. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee with a valid Qatar ID
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Shape dough into various forms such as loaves, rolls, or pastries
- Bake items in ovens or other heating equipment
- Decorate cakes and pastries with designs made from icing or other toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust controls as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
