Resort Manager for Luxury Resort in Medina, Egypt

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Medina, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities. You will also be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maximizing profitability. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure. A competitive salary of 1100$ per month will be offered to the selected candidate. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
