Executive Chef - African Cuisine (Temporary position with visa sponsorship)
As an Executive Chef specializing in African cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating an authentic African dining experience for our guests. This is a temporary position with visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
- Create menu items and recipes that reflect the flavors and traditions of African cuisine
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop promotions and special dishes featuring African cuisine
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or requests
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in African cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional African dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both staff and guests in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible for sponsorship by our company
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia (visa sponsorship available)
