Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts in accordance with our bakery's style and standards
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients
- Training and supervising other kitchen staff, including bakers and assistants, to maintain quality and consistency in all products
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following food safety regulations
- Collaborating with management to develop new recipes or seasonal menu items that reflect current trends or customer preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
- Creativity in design and presentation of desserts
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff members
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and following recipes accurately

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a pastry chef
- Proficient understanding of Hebrew language (spoken) preferred

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
