Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Acre. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, as well as conducting site visits and liaising with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress of construction projects
- Liaise with clients and contractors to address any questions or concerns regarding the project design or specifications
- Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and material lists for construction projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
$1500 per month

Location:
Acre, Israel

Type:
Contract job (with possibility of extension)
