Industrial Engineer - Production Planning and Optimization

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facility. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure maximum utilization of resources and meet production targets
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to eliminate them
- Conduct time studies and create work standards for production processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for inventory control measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with production planning software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (Indian nationals preferred)
