Data Mining Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Mining Specialist to join our team in Acre. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and extracting valuable insights for our company. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various data mining techniques to extract and analyze data from large databases
- Develop and implement data mining models and algorithms
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing data mining models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Data Mining Specialist or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with various data mining techniques such as regression analysis, neural networks, clustering, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and concepts
- Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre (accommodation provided)
