Part-time Barista

Our cafe in Salalah is seeking a part-time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. This position is ideal for students looking to gain valuable experience in the food and beverage industry while earning extra income. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We offer flexible hours and a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure all drinks are made with consistent quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the espresso machine, equipment, and workstations
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling payments accurately
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Students pursuing a degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
