Mason Supervisor

As a mason supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring the successful completion of construction and repair projects. You will use your expertise in masonry techniques to guide and train your team, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards. This role requires previous experience in masonry and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and allocate tasks accordingly
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to high quality standards
- Train and guide team members in proper masonry techniques
- Communicate with clients or project managers to understand project requirements
- Order necessary materials and maintain inventory levels
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physically fit with ability to lift heavy materials if needed

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1000 per month
