Sales Manager for Malayalees in Al-Kuwait



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them. This position is suitable for Malayalees who are fluent in English and have a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching as needed
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in a sales management role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions

Salary: 900$ (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait (accommodation can be provided if needed)
