Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff, and customer service. You will work closely with the team to ensure that food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met at all times. Your role will require strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for training and developing staff, as well as creating schedules and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs while keeping labor costs in check
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Manage budgets and financial reports to track profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- A customer-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
- Must be able to work without accommodation
