As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and orderly flow of discussions and interactions within our online community. You will be tasked with monitoring user-generated content, ensuring it meets our community standards and guidelines. Additionally, you will respond to user inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content, including comments, posts, and messages.
- Enforce community guidelines and standards by removing inappropriate content.
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve user issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (proficiency in Hebrew is a plus).
- Experience in online moderation or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their features.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
