Moderator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Moderator to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions, forums, and social media platforms to ensure that conversations are respectful and follow community guidelines. Your main role will be to facilitate healthy discussions and maintain a positive online community for our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions, forums, and social media platforms
- Ensure that conversations are respectful and adhere to community guidelines
- Remove inappropriate content or comments
- Facilitate healthy discussions by encouraging constructive dialogue
- Respond to user inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to develop policies and guidelines for the online community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to online content moderation
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques is a plus

Education:
A high school diploma is required for this position. A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Jerusalem. The selected candidate must have the legal right to work in Israel.
