Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a motivated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Clairvaux. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure the satisfaction of our guests. You will also be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about the menu
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
- Checking on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handling any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Processing payments and handling cash accurately
- Cleaning tables, chairs, and dining area after guests leave
- Restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1100 per month (plus tips)
