We are in search of a highly organized and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team at our library in Isa Town. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research inquiries, and promoting literacy and learning within the community. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for literature and information, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Catalogue new library materials using the Dewey Decimal System
- Assist patrons with finding books, reference materials, and online resources
- Provide research assistance and guidance to students and community members
- Develop and implement programs to promote literacy and engage library users
- Plan and organize events such as book clubs, author readings, and workshops
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions and inventory levels
- Monitor library budget and make recommendations for purchases
- Train volunteers or interns on library procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a library setting
- In-depth knowledge of cataloging systems (e.g. Dewey Decimal System)
- Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and online resources
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
