Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain machine learning algorithms and models to improve the performance of our products and services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to analyze data, identify patterns, and build predictive models.
- Implement machine learning solutions using various programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Test and validate machine learning models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language used for data analysis (Python preferred).
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex problems.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
